Yesterday’s Tourism Summit put on by Gov. Andrew Cuomo may evoke images of a similar meeting last summer — the first annual Yogurt Summit. Cuomo made a bit of news then announcing he wanted to expand from 200 to 300 the number of cows that dairy farmers could have before needing a costly CAFO, of concentrated animal feeding operation permit.
Katherine was also quoted on Capitol Confidential expressing concerns about the Cuomo Administration new rules for dairies which endanger New York’s water supply
